We suggest that you bring a full size towel, large water bottle and wear athletic shoes.

We require all members to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. These crucial minutes before class are dedicated to finalizing the class list, arranging everyone's starting spots, accommodating waitlisted individuals, and ensuring a prompt start for an uninterrupted workout session. Please note that if you arrive late, waitlisted members will be given your spot in class, the studio doors will be locked, and it will be considered a no-show.

For changes or cancellations, please ensure that you cancel the class on the Heated Haleiwa website or app via your member profile at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to retain your class credit. We do not manage cancellations on behalf of participants. Canceling the class after the 12-hour booking window will result in the loss of class credit and a $20 + tax penalty fee. No showing a class will result in the loss of class credit and a $35 + tax penalty fee.

The waitlist is an automatic system, if and when another member cancels a reservation, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist into class.  You will be notified via email if and when you’ve made it off the waitlist.  The latest you’d be notified you’ve made it off the waitlist is 2 hours prior to the class start time.

If you're on a waitlist and don't make it into class your credit will be returned to your account 1 hour after the class ends.

If you sign up for multiple waitlists and make it into multiple classes our standard late cancellation policy does apply.

We do not allow guest bookings at this time, as we need all members to sign our Member Agreement prior to attending class.

All Monthly Memberships are studio location specific. Monthly 25-Class Memberships require an initial commitment of 3 monthly payments and Monthly 10-Class Memberships require an initial commitment of 4 monthly payments without the option to freeze or cancel. No exceptions will be made. After making three initial consecutive monthly payments for the Heated Haleiwa 25 Class Monthly or four initial consecutive monthly payments for the Heated Haleiwa 10 Class Monthly, the membership will automatically renew indefinitely until terminated. You may cancel or freeze the monthly membership agreement with written notice to Heated Haleiwa at least seven days prior to your next scheduled payment date, without incurring any additional fees or penalties. 

Monthly Memberships permit a maximum of 2 non-medical emergency freezes per calendar year, not to exceed a total of 2 months, after the initial 3-month period. Freezes do not modify or extend the auto-pay schedule. Additionally, any unused classes do not roll over and are non-transferable. Freezing a membership preserves the amount of time between the freeze start date and the next billing period. For example, if there are 10 days until the next billing date and the membership is frozen for one month, the member will be billed 10 days after the Freeze End Date.
