You are required to bring a full-size towel to cover your mat to take class at our studio. We also suggest that you wear athletic shoes and bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated. We can’t wait to sweat with you!
-
We require all members to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. These crucial minutes before class are dedicated to finalizing the class list, arranging everyone's starting spots, accommodating waitlisted individuals, and ensuring a prompt start for an uninterrupted workout session. Please note that if you arrive late, waitlisted members will be given your spot in class, the studio doors will be locked, and it will be considered a no-show.

All sales are final for class credits, packages, memberships, merchandise and gift cards. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
-
For changes or cancellations, please ensure that you cancel the class on the Heated Haleiwa website or app via your member profile at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to retain your class credit. We do not manage cancellations on behalf of participants. Canceling the class after the 12-hour booking window will result in the loss of class credit and a $20 + tax fee for late cancellations and $35 + tax for no-shows.
-
Our new member package credits do expire 7-days from date of purchase. You do have the ability to book classes in advance of the credit package expiration date, you just cannot cancel/change a reservation once the credit has expired without losing the credit.
-
The waitlist is an automatic system, if and when another member cancels a reservation, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist into class. You will be notified via email if and when you’ve made it off the waitlist. The latest you’d be notified you’ve made it off the waitlist is 2 hours prior to the class start time.
If you're on a waitlist and don't make it into class your credit will be returned to your account 1 hour after the class ends.
If you sign up for multiple waitlists and make it into multiple classes our standard late cancellation policy does apply.

We do not allow guest bookings at this time, as we require all members to sign our Member Agreement, purchase a class credit and book a class reservation prior to arriving to class. The guest booking feature is disabled on both our website and app.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly Memberships are studio-specific and may only be used to book classes at the location where the membership was purchased. An initial commitment of 3 or 4 consecutive months is required (based on membership type). After the initial term, the membership automatically renews each month until canceled. Unused classes do not roll over.
Classes, instructors, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. All membership packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and final sale—no extensions and no exceptions.
A $20 late cancellation fee and loss of class credit will apply if you do not cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. A $35 no-show fee and loss of the class credit will apply if you fail to attend a reserved class without canceling.
Your membership begins on the date of purchase, which becomes both your start date and your monthly renewal date. You can view your membership “Current Cycle” in your member profile.
For example: If you purchase a Monthly Membership on January 1, your cycle runs January 1–31, and your next payment will process on February 1.MINIMUM COMMITMENT
Monthly Memberships automatically recur indefinitely until terminated. The Monthly 25-Class Membership requires an initial commitment of 3 consecutive monthly payments and Monthly 10-Class Memberships require an initial commitment of 4 consecutive monthly payments without the option to freeze or cancel. No exceptions.
FREEZE MEMBERSHIP
After completing the initial 3 consecutive monthly payments for the Heated 25 Class Monthly Membership or 4 consecutive monthly payments for the Heated 10 Class Monthly Membership, you may cancel or freeze the monthly membership agreement on your member profile or with written notice to Heated at least seven days prior to your next scheduled payment date, without incurring any additional fees or penalties.
Once a Monthly Membership qualifies for a freeze, you are allowed a maximum of 2 freezes per 12 month period, not to exceed a total of 2 months. Freezes do not modify or extend the auto-pay schedule. Freezing a membership preserves the amount of time between the freeze start date and the next billing period. For example, if there are 10 days until the next billing date and the membership is frozen for one month, the member will be billed 10 days after the Freeze End Date. Additionally, any unused classes do not roll over and are non-transferable.
To schedule a freeze of cancel your membership email contact@joinheated.com.
BOOKING IN ADVANCE OF INTERVAL CYCLE
Customers with recurring memberships can book past their next payment date, into their next interval cycle of credits (i.e. month), as long as the customer is set to incur another payment.
If the customer's membership expires and will not incur another payment, they cannot book outside their current interval. Additionally, unused credit usages do not roll over into the next interval.
Example: Moani has a 25-class monthly membership that renews on the 4th. She can book classes on the 5th, 6th, 7th, etc, as long as she is set to incur a payment on the 4th. If she does not have another payment on the 4th, any unused classes that go unused during her current payment interval cycle (month) will not roll over past the 4th and she will be unable to book classes past the 4th.
SWITCHING MEMBERSHIPS
We do not have the ability to switch or directly upgrade memberships. If you’d like to move from a 10-class membership to a 25-class membership, please email contact@joinheated.com to request cancellation of your current membership. Once cancelled, you can then sign up for the 25-class membership.
Similarly, if you’d like to downgrade your membership, please email contact@joinheated.com to request cancellation of your 25-class membership, once you’ve met the initial 3-month minimum monthly commitment. Once cancelled, you can then sign up for the 10-class membership. -
